This new service marks a significant step forward in our mission to make clean mobility accessible to all customer segments, setting a new benchmark for affordable, safe, and environmentally friendly transportation in the region.
LOCA MINI is a 100% electric vehicle service that joins our existing fleet of 1100 vehicles, 650 of which are already EVs. Designed with both sustainability and affordability in mind, LOCA MINI offers a cost-effective transportation option without compromising the safety and comfort of our passengers.

LOCA MINI will be utilizing the fast-growing and leading EV Charging network in Laos, built and operated by LOCA. With a range of 200KM, LOCA MINI can recharge at any of our 30 charging stations nationwide, including 17 stations in Vientiane Capital. In just 20 minutes, LOCA MINI can gain an additional 150KM of range, ensuring that our customers can travel confidently and efficiently.
Despite its compact size, LOCA MINI offers more legroom than the economy class on an Airbus A320, ensuring that passengers enjoy a comfortable ride. Each LOCA MINI vehicle is equipped with modern safety features, including ABS, cameras, sensors, and airbags, making it a secure choice for anyone looking for an affordable and reliable mode of transportation.
In addition to these features, LOCA MINI is designed to keep passengers comfortable and safe in all weather conditions. With air conditioning and an air filter for PM2.5, passengers are protected during the rainy season, on hot days, and in areas with pollution, ensuring a clean and pleasant journey every time.
LOCA MINI will operate alongside our full-sized LOCA EV TAXI service, offering customers the flexibility to choose the option that best suits their needs. Whether it’s a quick trip across town or a longer journey, customers can select between the spacious and economical LOCA MINI or the traditional full-sized LOCA EV TAXI.

Customers can book LOCA MINI directly on the LOCA APP by choosing the LOCA MINI option. Pricing starts at 29,500 LAK for trips within 3 km, and 7,000 LAK per kilometer for distances beyond 3 km.
