LOCA EXPRESS accepts up to 20Kg of weight total. All items must be boxed and sealed into one box with the size of no more than 60 x 60 x 60 CM
Does LOCA EXPRESS provide any protection or insurance ?
All items will be packed in one box. In case of road accident or robbery only, LOCA EXPRESS will provide insurance protection up to and limit to 5,000,000 LAK per delivery
Can I ride with the LOCA EXPRESS?
LOCA EXPRESS does not accept passengers. Only the shipping packages will be taken by our courier
Does LOCA EXPRESS charge for return or cancelation?
LOCA EXPRESS will charge 15,000 LAK extra to the current fees for any returned shipping. LOCA EXPRESS will charge 15,000 LAK if the customer cancels the booking 10 minutes after the booking is confirmed.
